What is the 360° Competency Assessment System?

This is a system whereby the employees’ competency is evaluated by themselves, a superior, colleagues, subordinates if they have any, and clients and suppliers with which they have close relations.

We apply this once a year, every year, to include all our white collar workers. Last year an average of 8 people evaluated each of our employees.

 


Why do we apply the 360° Competency Assessment System?
Our aim in 360 Degree Competency Assessment is to shed light on our employees’ strong points and their qualities open to improvement. As well as being used in personal development planning, the competency assessment results provide data for the potential analysis process.
