How are Industrial Relations carried out?

We carry out all our staff’s personnel and employee procedures within a framework of syndicate relations and general contract laws, and we apply procedures such as motivational and performance management to our blue collar staff.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Parallel to FIATand Koç Holding policies, TOFAS A.S. aim to protect her own personnel, trainee students and visitors from Accidents and Occupational diseases. Beyond fulfilling all legal and other obligations regarding Occupational Health and Safety; for improving our performance continously on this subject.

To ensure the participation in O.H. & S. Activities from all levels of our Human Resources,

To use the recognition / appraisal, targeting, and monitoring processes effectively for the application of our O.H. & S.  Policy,

To support the O.H. & S.  Activities continuously.
